Educator, Pianist, Drummer, Synthesist, and Mallet player
I’m David—a professional pianist, synthesist, percussionist, and music educator based in Toronto. With decades of experience performing, teaching, and mentoring, I’ve built a career rooted in curiosity, discipline, and connection.
Over the course of many decades years I have played piano on stages big and small; here, there, and everywhere accompanying the famous, infamous, hopeful, delusional and the forgotten. It's benn colourful.
Today I'm a devoted online piano teacher who spends his leisure time playing alongside my violinist spouse, playing drums in big bands, keyboards and vibes in small bands, and pursuing a sociology and philosophy degree at Athabasca University.
